Getting Around the Conference Area

All sessions and events during the CM conference will be on the first and second floor of the Salem Convention Center. There are 2 elevators that go from the basement parking garage up to the 2 floors where the Conference will be held.

Visitor ADA Parking

Visitors displaying a DMV issued Disabled Person Parking placard are eligible to park in marked ADA spaces in all parking garages listed above. ADA parking spaces are located by elevators at all parking lots.

Shuttle for People with Mobility Support Needs

There is shuttle service available for people with mobility support needs to reach The Salem Convention Center and back to their cars throughout both days of the conference. The shuttle will be making loops every 30 minutes to and from Pringle Parking lot, Chemeketa Parking lot, Marion Parking lot and the Salem Convention Center.

Conference volunteers will be stationed at each parking lot in the mornings to answer questions and guide people to the shuttle pick-up location. Signs will also be posted at the elevators and stairwells at each parking lot to direct people to the shuttle stop.

Questions During the Conference?

There will be multiple volunteers located throughout the conference area. They will be wearing yellow lanyards with a badge that says “Volunteer Ask Me”. They will be happy to answer your questions!

Lactation Room

We will have a designated pod at the Salem Convention Center for anyone who needs a lactation space. Just ask a conference volunteer (wearing a yellow lanyard) and they will help you access the code to use the space.

We’re so glad you’re here!
