Face-to-face participation
The face-to-face registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Access to materials produced for the conference
- Coffee breaks during each conference day
- Lunch each conference day, after the morning sessions
- Participation in the academic and cultural activities organized in the afternoons of the conference
- Event dinner
Online participation
The online registration fee includes:
- Access to all virtual sessions
- Access to materials produced for the conference
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted until May 1, 2026. A $150 cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2026.
