This submission form will ask for Title, Abstract, Presentation Form, Topic, Paper Length and Paper Submission.

These papers will be double blind reviewed, so please do not include any contact information on the paper to ensure the submission is anonymous.

The proceedings of KEER 2026 are expected to be published by Springer. All papers in this series are traditionally submitted for indexing in Scopus, EI Compendex, and Web of Science. Final confirmation of the series title and volume is pending.

Because we anticipate publication of the KEER 2026 proceedings in a Scopus indexed journal, we must move the deadlines for full papers. This allows the review committee time for review prior to journal submission.

The announcement of the publications should be prior to April 10, 2026, so we have opened an extended round of abstract submissions as well.

Further announcements regarding publication will be posted as soon as possible.
