Assessment and Quality Improvement Manager
ODDS
Carrie has been working in the I/DD field since 2007. She began her career working at the local level and has experience with providing quality assurance of case management supports, licensing, PSI, and assessments. In 2018, she participated in the first implementation of the ONA. In 2021, she transitioned to ODDS as a Quality Assurance Trainer (QAT) with the Assessment Unit and is now the Assessment Unit Manager.
Policy Specialist
ODDS
Chrissy Fuchs is a Policy Specialist at ODDS, with a diverse background spanning DSP, case management, and policy development. Her expertise lies in PSW policy, community living supports, and supported living, reflecting her passion for creating inclusive and supportive environments. Outside of work, she enjoys a fulfilling family life with a house full of kids and indulges in her love for reading during her free time.

Exceptions and Funding Review Manager
ODDS
Abby has worked in Intellectual/Developmental Disability services for over 17 years, the last 7 of which she had worked for the Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services. She currently serves as the ODDS Exceptions and Funding Review Manager. Prior to that, she worked in the Assessment Unit, participating in the development and roll-out of the Oregon Needs Assessment.
Program Analyst
ODDS
Mike is the policy unit's lead staff person. He has been with ODDS for more than 16 years and in the developmental disabilities field for most of his adult life. He has been a DSP, house manager and personal agent.
