This is a micro-session 10:30am-10:50am. What is DSA Solo and how is it different than 1:1 DSA and DSA Group? ODDS Regional Employment Specialist, Shelby Myers, will provide a quick overview of DSA Solo, examples of goals a person may have and how to differentiate which service best supports their goals and outcomes. We will cover appropriate service codes and authorizing in the ISP as well. We will share a brief Power Point followed by a short question-and-answer session.

Shelby Myers is the Regional Employment Specialist for Eastern Oregon providing employment related training and technical assistance to Union, Baker, Wallowa, Malheur, Umatilla, Grant, Morrow, Gilliam and Wheeler counties. She has 10 years of experience in the Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities career field including experience as a Community Developmental Disabilities Program Service Coordinator, Job Developer, Discovery Specialist, Job Coach coordinator, Day Support Activities and Employment Path coordinator and Job Coach.
