Linda has been with ODDS for 15 years and is currently the trainer for the ONA with the ODDS Assessment Unit. Her past experience includes many years in California providing case management and protective services as well as direct care in Oregon. She is passionate about God, family, friends, traveling, and loves to cruise!

Assessment and Quality Improvement Manager

Carrie has been working in the I/DD field since 2007. She began her career working at the local level and has experience with providing quality assurance of case management supports, licensing, PSI, and assessments. In 2018, she participated in the first implementation of the ONA. In 2021, she transitioned to ODDS as a Quality Assurance Trainer (QAT) with the Assessment Unit and is now the Assessment Unit Manager.
