Erica Drake

Regional Employment Specialist

ODDS

Erica Drake holds a master’s degree in special education from Portland State University. Currently she works for The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) as a Regional Employment Specialist. Prior to going to ODDS, she worked as a Diversion Specialist and Services Coordinator for Deschutes County and prior to that Disabilities Inclusion Specialist for Head Start. She is passionate about community employment and enjoys her current job providing technical assistance and trainings to the field.

Employment regional specialist

ODDS

Micah Sischo is an Employment Regional Specialist for ODDS. He supports different regions of the state to have a better understanding of Community integrated employment and technical assistance on the support system that surrounds it. Micah has worked in the IDD services for the past twenty-two years, first working as a support staff in residential homes, in a classroom setting, as well as a Person-Centered facilitator. Micah also spent five years working in case management, before stepping into his current role with ODDS.
