Breaking the box of equity

In this session, we look to dive into what it means to break the box of what is typically thought of when applying equity to both inside and out of the workplace. We will guide conversation around different ways to look at equity and things to keep in mind when adjusting our work style to be more equitable and culturally responsive. We will dive into ways to take equity outside of the workplace and how we can all be part of breaking the historical box that's checked for equity.
