Linsay Fredrikson is a Diagnosis and Evaluation Coordinator at the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services. Linsay joined ODDS in 2022. Prior to ODDS, she worked as an Eligibility Specialist at a Community Developmental Disabilities Program for 15 years.

Andrea Muzikant is currently the ODDS Training Unit manager and has supported people with I/DD for over 25 years. Andrea in the past has worked for Lane, Washington and Multnomah counties.

I started with Washington CDDP during July 2021, and have served as lead services coordinator on our adult and children in home teams. Prior to working at Washington CDDP, I was a PA and lead PA at a brokerage serving the Portland metro area.

Oregon Community Brokerages

Katie started out in IDD services in 2002 as a DSP. She has over 20 years of experience working in Brokerage services as a Personal Agent, supervisor, Brokerage Director, and in her current role as Executive Director of the statewide association of Brokerages. Katie feels lucky to work alongside self-advocates, case management professionals, community advocates, and providers to realize our collective vision of healthy communities and good living for Oregonians with IDD.
