THE METHOD OF CONSTELLATION: Philosophical-literary experimentations between Carolina Maria de Jesus and Walter Benjamin
In conjunction with Carolina and Benjamin, we develop the constellation method from the interpolation between literary writing and philosophical thought. To think by constellation is to take the historical phenomena out of the narrative conventionality and to dispose them in a new configuration, thus making use of the diaristic fragments of an author evicted from history's visiting room. An experiment that intends, as Benjamin did, to do justice to the truth content hidden by the linear course of history and unveiled by the referred author in her work "Quarto de Despejo" (Room of Eviction). An echo, therefore, of the constellations formulated by them.
