Erin Taylor advocates for accessibility and inclusion, and equity by working to eliminate barriers and disparities for disabled people throughout Oregon. She does this by being intentional in her commitment to increasing awareness of the vast range of disability experiences and identities. Erin identifies as having non-apparent disabilities and is part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. She holds an M.A. in Disability Studies from (CUNY) City University New York. Erin and her partner founded AIM-4-Access (Accessibility and Inclusion Matter), a passionate cross-disability organization that works towards dismantling ableism and ensures increased accessibility and inclusion through interdependence.
