Emily Dinwiddie, M.Ed. is the Linkage Specialist for the Oregon Office on Disability and Health. Emily is excited to share her skills and knowledge to provide better advocacy and access for individuals with IDD through the Linkage Project. Prior to working with the Oregon Office on Disability and Health, Emily worked in community mental health, education access for individuals with disabilities, and IDD services at two Oregon support service brokerages as a Personal Agent as well as a Supervising Lead Personal Agent.
