I started working in the enforcement and compliance field almost 12 years. Today I work with the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), serving as one of the Corrective Action Coordinators. It is my job to review provider complaints, licensing reports, and reports of abuse to identify provider deficiencies. Once a deficiency has been identified, I’m responsible for taking legal action to protect the clients effected by the deficiency and to bring the provider back into compliance with program rule.
