ODDS Licensing and Corrective Action and how case management

Our goal is to provide an interactive presentation regarding ODDS licensing, corrective action and case management services and how they cross over one another across the state. We intend for partners to learn about all the integral pieces of ODDS licensing and the process of corrective action. We also want to explore an increase in collaboration with CME's and how case management services and licensing can work more effectively together.

Cooper Cannon

Corrective Action Coordinator

ODDS

I started working in the enforcement and compliance field almost 12 years. Today I work with the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), serving as one of the Corrective Action Coordinators. It is my job to review provider complaints, licensing reports, and reports of abuse to identify provider deficiencies. Once a deficiency has been identified, I’m responsible for taking legal action to protect the clients effected by the deficiency and to bring the provider back into compliance with program rule.
