My journey in the I/DD field began in 2015 when I went to work at a foster home in McMinnville OR. I worked there for a few years and then transitioned into a case management role at a brokerage. I was a Personal Agent for a few years and provided person-centered support to adults who lived in their own homes. I worked briefly as a case manager in the APD field. I have been an OTAC trainer with the Arc Oregon since 2022 and love working with case managers and providers.
