Accommodation & Meals

During registration, attendees who wish to stay on campus during the Institute will have the option to purchase housing. We offer single and double room options in one of our residence halls, with or without a meal plan. Our residence halls are located within a few minutes' walk from Straub Hall, where classes and most other events will take place.

The meal plan included in the Room and Board package offers three all-you-care-to-eat meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at an on-campus summer dining venue. Attendees may also choose a Room-only option and purchase individual meals à la carte.

The registration and housing purchase will open on February 1, 2025. The deadline for registering for housing is June 14, 2025.

The amounts below are estimated based on 36 nights for the 5-week option and 18 nights for the 2.5-week option, using the 2024 rates (https://conferences.uoregon.edu/rates). The actual amount will vary depending on the number of nights attendees choose to stay. We expect an increase in 2025. We will publish updated prices based on the 2025 rates as soon as they are available.
