Les is an educator that serves on the SICC State Special Education Council, he was appointed by the governor to the state Universal Healthcare Taskforce, he has served as a Board Member for a rare disease non-profit, he presented to the National Academies on children’s disability services and emergency planning, and he has been integrally involved in disability services policy in Oregon. Les’ daughter receives services through Children’s Intensive In-Home Services.
