Alex Kelsey (she/her/hers), Host Home Coordinator, started in the I/DD field as a direct support professional eight years ago after earning a bachelor’s in psychology. She was motivated to work in the field due to having loved ones who receive services and fell in love with the work. Before becoming the Host Home Coordinator, almost a year ago, she worked as a services coordinator at Lane County and a quality assurance specialist at a provider agency. She loves being in nature as often as possible, audiobooks and podcasts.
