ISP Workshop: Person-Centered Planning Practice


This workshop will give SC/PAs the opportunity to practice drafting sample ISP Desired Outcomes using person-centered information. Participants will be able to connect with SC/PAs across the state and exchange tips, strategies, and suggestions for person centered planning. Two ISP trainers will be available to groups to help facilitate conversations and bring person centered principles to the forefront.

The Arc Oregon

Emily Bunker joined the ISP training team with The Arc Oregon in September 2021. Emily is a former Services Coordinator for Children & Teens in Foster Care, Behavior Consultant, and Direct Support Professional with experience in person-centered planning and individual advocacy. Emily has extensive experience supporting youth that have experienced trauma and she is an advocate for trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive support for families.

The Arc Oregon

Jennifer Buss (she/her) joined the OTAC training team at The Arc Oregon in September 2018 and currently manages training and technical assistance for the Oregon ISP project. Her background as a Services Coordinator and Direct Support Professional allowed her first-hand experience with person-centered planning & supports. Jenn is a Charting the LifeCourse Ambassador and credentialed Person Centered Thinking trainer.
