Senior Staff Attorney
Disability Rights Oregon
I've practiced law for 34 years and have practiced civil rights law for people with disabilities since 1999 with Disability Rights Oregon (DRO). In guardianship matters, I have the privilege of advocating for the person under guardianship so that they may maximize their independence, self-reliance and ultimately dignity. In addition, I have provided training to a diverse array of audiences. I've served on numerous guardianship reform related work groups (WINGS, EJIG, CYCYV), task forces (PGCTF), committees (OSB Elder Law Section Executive Committee) and Boards (OLTCO's ROPGAB, PPB BHUAC). And active participant in DRO's legislative changes to the guardianship statute.
