Quality Assurance Trainer (QAT)
ODDS
My name is Angie Canady, I was hired by ODDS as a Quality Assurance Trainer in March 2023 and am excited to be a part of the team. I have worked with DD Services for approx. 12 years, 5 years of direct care in a DD licensed AFH prior to moving to a CME in Josephine County where I worked for 6.5 years as Service Coordinator then Foster Care Licensor/ONA Assessor. I am passionate for the work I do and look forward to being part of the continuing growth of DD Services.

ODHS - ODDS - DD Assessment Unit
Rachel has been working for ODDS for nearly 15 years. The program she works in has changed around her. She loves working with the people and doing assessments. Now she is a quality assurance trainer (QAT) for the Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA). She likes to call herself an "ONA coach". She is also the subject matter expert (SME) for the Adult and Child In-home Needs Assessments (ANA/CNA) and the Support Need Assessment Profile (SNAP).
