Andrea Muzikant is currently the ODDS Training Unit manager and has supported people with I/DD for over 25 years. Andrea in the past has worked for Lane, Washington and Multnomah counties.

Sarah Noack (They/She) is the Director of Brokerage Services for UCP of Oregon, where she oversees in-home support services for both of UCP’s brokerages. Sarah has been involved in IDD services since 2001, and has worked as a Personal Agent, Lead, Operations, Provider Coordinator, and Brokerage Director. Throughout all these experiences, she has learned many personal and professional skills around case management, non-profit management, facilitation, advocacy, the impact of disability, navigating systems, change management, accessibility, and the amazing things that can be accomplished through collaborative partnerships.

I started with Washington CDDP during July 2021, and am currently a lead services coordinator on our adult in-home team. Prior to working at Washington CDDP, I was a PA and lead PA at a brokerage serving the Portland metro area.
