Services Coordinator
CIIS
I have worked with people with I/DD for the past 16 years. I was a Direct Support Professional for adults/youth with I/DD for 7 years while I lived in Hawai'i, then I moved to Oregon and became a Services Coordinator at Jackson County DD Services for 4 years, and I have now been a Services Coordinator at Children's Intensive In-Home Services (CIIS) for the last 5 years.

Wendy Pollard (she/her). I joined the Children’s Intensive In-home Services (CIIS) team as a Services Coordinator in May 2019 and then Program Manager in September 2022. I was a Clackamas County IDD Services Coordinator for about 12 years prior to my work at CIIS. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking long walks and playing golf.
ODDS Children's Service Manager
ODDS
Lisa manages the ODDS Children’s Services team. She has over 15 years of professional experience related to disability services. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her friends, family and dog.
