Matt Bighouse is the manager for the Quality Improvement Unit at ODDS. He has over 25 years of experience in state services from Forensic Coordination to Field Liaison for Case Management Entities.

Chelsea Randall has recently joined ODDS under the Quality Improvement Unit. Prior to joining ODDS she worked as a Program Manager at a CME, and has over 10 years of experience in the I/DD world.

Josh Stogsdill has been a pivotal member of several units at ODDS and in recent years has been supporting the Quality Management Unit. Prior to his time with ODDS, he served in the United States Coast Guard.
