There will be an on-demand training that would be helpful to watch before this session. Mike is the interim manager of the ODDS policy unit, but ordinarily the unit's lead staff person. He has been with ODDS for more than 16 years and in the developmental disabilities field for most of his adult life. He has been a DSP, house manager and personal agent.
