Wednesday Optional Activities (Additional Fee Required)

These options below are being offered as an alternative to the regular guest program and have additional fees due to the cost of the activity.

McKenzie River Raft Trip

Raft the local McKenzie River on a 2 1/2 hour excursion. We will need a minimum of 4-6 people to offer this trip. Travel time to the rafting location is one hour from Eugene. Estimate cost: $90-$110 per person. Note: Indicate your interest for this trip on the conference registration page.

Local Wine Tour

Take a 4 hr guided tour of 3 local wineries in the surrounding area outside of Eugene. We will need a minimum of 6 people to offer this trip. Estimate cost: $80-$130 per person; tasting fees & food related items are not included. Note: Indicate your interest for this trip on the conference registration page.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to register for one of these optional activities, they will have a different start time than the regular guest program.

Load vans and travel to the Owen Rose Garden along the Riverfront

Free time to explore Eugene
  • Campus Art Museum
  • Campus Bookstore
  • Bike along the Riverfront
  • Visit the Owen Rose Garden
  • Visit Hendricks Park
