Starting at 4pm on June 28, check-in will be available until 11pm. Normal hours for the Hamilton Service Center from June 29-July 10, 2016 will be 7am-11pm daily. If you plan to arrive after hours you will need to call our After Hours hotline to be greeted by an employee and check-in (541)346-5686. There will be signs and arrows for the Hamilton Hall Service Center. Guests will be required to show ID upon arrival. We have attached a Map to this email showing your housing location. For those driving, there will be a temporary drop off area for unloading and check-in until you receive further parking information and assistance at the check-in desk.

Parking permits are required at campus parking lots 7 days a week. There will be free overnight parking located at Autzen Stadium. Please note there will be shuttle service from the UO Campus to Autzen Stadium and back. However, this will not be operational until July 1st when competition begins.
The Department of Parking & Transportation is located on Walnut Street. Payment method accepted will be cash, check, VISA or MC. The Department of Parking & Transportation is open from 7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. Parking permits are required 7 days a week. Please note that if you park at a parking meter on campus on Saturday you will need to plug the meter as they are city meters, and are not free on Saturdays.
Autzen Stadium parking lots will have free attendee parking. There will be a free shuttle looping back and forth from Autzen stadium to campus. Please note there will be shuttle service from the UO Campus to Autzen Stadium and back. However, this will not be operational until July 1st when competition begins.
You'll be staying at Hamilton Hall. Rooms are modest and standard hotel amenities like room service, air conditioning, and daily maid service are NOT available. Each room has two twin-sized beds, desks with chairs, and closets. While the rooms are not air-conditioned, summer nights in Eugene are typically comfortable. You are welcome to bring a small portable fan. Rooms are provided with sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Beds are made upon arrival; linens are changed for stays exceeding one week. Daily towel service is provided. Remember to bring your own toiletries. Sleeping bags are not allowed per fire regulations. Alcohol, smoking, open flames or pets are not permitted in the resident halls.
Common/shared bathrooms are centrally located on each floor. Males and Females are housed on separate floors when possible, however if mixed gender is required on a floor, then bathrooms will be identified by gender by floor. Daily towel service is provided, but please remember to bring your own toiletries.
As of January 8, 2016, visitors can register themselves for access. On your computer or mobile device, select the "UO Guest" wireless network. On the first page that loads, select "Create an account." Provide the information requested, then have your password sent to you via email and/or text message. Then log in with the username and password you've been given. Your account will work for 7 days, after which you can simply register yourself for another 7-day account.
How to Use Guest Self-Service
Showers and restrooms are community and located on each floor. Please remember to bring your own toiletries. Bath towels will be provided.
The Hamilton Hall has card operated laundry facilities, available for use by guests. You can purchase a laundry card at the Hamilton Service Center.
Passes to the UO Rec center will be available from July 1-July 11, 2016 and must be purchased at the UO Rec Center. Further information about UO REC Center passes will be available on site at the UO REC Center.
Rooms include a meal plan and each guest will be given a meal card that allows access to the dining facilities at Hamilton Hall. The meal plan provides access to breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival, and the last meal is lunch on the day of departure. There is no refund for missed meals and the card is non-transferable. Guests may purchase additional individual meals with cash or debit/credit cards. Price for meals are as follows: Breakfast- $8.75; Lunch- $9.25; Dinner- $10.95
The hours of meal service are: Breakfast: 7am-9:30am; Lunch: 11am-2pm; Dinner: 5pm-8pm.

All changes to your reservations and housing cancellations must be made by June 20, 2016. After the cancellation deadline of June 20, 2016, no refunds will be granted for cancelled reservations.
