In this session, we will discuss the value of the RDW process and engage in it ourselves. We will also look at how RDW is used in Eureka Math and consider how we might implement it in our own classrooms. We will also look at using the power of modeling and using the concrete – pictorial – abstract continuum to support all learners.

Great Minds
Carrie is an Implementation Leader with Great Minds, supporting both Eureka Math and Eureka Math Squared. She has taught elementary in various districts around western Washington over the past 20 years. Carrie joined the Great Minds team part time in 2016 as a Professional Development Fellow, and then came on full time in 2019 as an Implementation Leader. In this role, she partners with schools and districts across the Western Region of the US to ensure successful implementation of Eureka Math/Eureka Math Squared.
