  4. If you would like to pay by check please select 'Pay by Invoice' as your method of payment. We will send you an invoice.
  5. We will periodically send email updates alerting you to new features on the registration site. Please retain your registration confirmation, as it will contain the information you will need to register for subsequent conference events.

MOBILE WORKSHOPS

Mobile Workshops are your opportunity to experience the host city on foot, bicycle, transit and/or kayak. Fees collected for Mobile Workshops will directly support local charities, non-profit organizations, and/or underwrite conference legacy projects. Workshops are up to three hours in length. Transit tickets and bikes will be provided (if applicable). Mobile workshop dates to be announced in Spring 2020. All mobile workshop dates will fall between August 4-7.

Hotel Reservations

A limited number of rooms at a special conference rate are available at the Marriott Indanapolis Downtown, 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46225. The rate is $179 + tax for a single/double. The hotel is adjacent to the conference venue and connected by skyways. The hotel is accessible by public transportation and a short distance from the Cultural Trail and dining and entertainment options. Rooms may be reserved online or by calling the hotel by/before July 7, 2020.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mobile Workshop registration fees will not be refunded. Conference registrations may be transferred or cancelled by/before July 7, 2020, less a $100 cancellation fee. Transfers or refunds may be requested by contacting or by calling (800) 280-6218 Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, PST.

No transfers or refunds will be made after July 7, 2020. No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show. In the event of cancellation or over-subscription to the conference, Project for Public Spaces' may retain a portion of the registration fee to cover damages it has incurred.
