Hotel Reservations

As the event will not be in-person, there will be no need to book a hotel with our room block. If you have booked a hotel already, please contact the hotel to alter your reservation:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Conference registrations may be transferred or cancelled by/before July 7, 2020. Due to the complications from COVID-19, we are waiving our $100 cancellation fee and will refund mobile workshops for those cancellations made before this date.

Transfers or refunds may be requested by contacting or by calling (800) 280-6218 Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, PST. No transfers or refunds will be made after July 7, 2020. No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show. In the event of cancellation or over-subscription to the conference, Project for Public Spaces' may retain a portion of the registration fee to cover damages it has incurred.
