  4. If you would like to pay by check, you will need to download and complete the PDF version of the registration form and mail with your check.

You will be subscribed to the Walk/Bike/Places monthly newsletter to ensure you receive the latest updates. Please retain your registration confirmation, as it will contain the information you will need to register for subsequent conference events.

Exhibit Space Information

Each 8 X 10 exhibit unit will include:

  1. Representatives: Two sponsor representatives can be registered for the full conference at no additional charge; additional representatives may be registered for $600.
  2. Program Listing: The Exhibitor will be listed in a program distributed to all attendees.
  3. Mailing List: The Exhibitor will receive a mailing list of conference attendees.
  4. Email: The Exhibitor will have the option to provide a link and a limited amount of text for "more information from our exhibitors" email to be sent by the National Center for Bicycling and Walking on after the event.
  5. Identification Sign: The Exhibitor's booth will include one sign identifying the Exhibitor.

Exhibitor Terms and Regulations

  1. Acceptance: A limited number of exhibit units are available and the Project for Public Spaces will accept applications at its sole discretion.
  2. Professional Conduct: The purpose of Walk/Bike/Places(R) is to create a true "meeting of the minds" on the topics of biking, walking and active lifestyles. The Exhibitor will participate in a manner that respects the interests of the participants including other exhibitors, reasonably consistent with the purpose of the event. The Conference Director on behalf of the Project for Public Spaces may further specify such conduct at any time.
  3. Location within exhibit hall: The Project for Public Spaces will accommodate interests of the Exhibitor to the extent possible but will assign exhibit units within the hall at its sole discretion.
  4. Liability: The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims relating to the Exhibitor displays, equipment and other property brought upon the sites of the conference functions and for off-site events conducted by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Project for Public Spaces and site owners, including their agents, servants and employees from any and all losses, damages and claims relating to Exhibitor displays, equipment and other property brought upon the sites of the conference functions or relating to off-site events conducted by the Alliance.
  5. Assignment: The Exhibitor cannot assign to any third party any rights or benefits to be provided under this agreement without the written consent of the Project for Public Spaces.
  6. Cancellation: The Exhibitors commitment is canceled only if the Project for Public Spaces, at its sole discretion, cancels Walk/Bike/Places(R) for any reason. The Project for Public Space's liability to the Exhibitor in the event of cancelation shall not be more than the financial commitment of the Exhibitor contained herein.
  7. Governing Law: This agreement will be considered as entered into in the State of New York and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Attending the Conference

Will the person registered above be responsible for staffing the booth and be one of the recipients of one of the two complimentary full conference registrations that come with the Exhibitor registration fee?

Hotel Reservations

A limited number of rooms at a special conference rate are available at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, 500 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA. The rate is $179 USD for a single/double + applicable taxes. The hotel is accessible by public transportation and is located in a walkable and bicycle friendly area. Rooms may be reserved online or by calling the hotel by/before August 25, 2018.




Substitution of Representatives

Substitution of booth representatives is free of charge. To transfer registrations of your booth staff, e-mail walkbikeplaces@uoregon.edu, fax (541) 346-3545, or mail transfer requests to Walk/Bike/Places Registration, 1277 University of Oregon, Eugene OR 97403-1277. Please provide transfer information no later than September 10, 2018.
