Jessica Wilson oversees the Multimodal Planning office in TDOT’s Multimodal Transportation Resources Division. She joined the Tennessee Department of Transportation in 2005 as a transportation planner and has worked in various roles within the department, including traffic modeling, transit, and the rural planning organization program. In her current role, she promotes the increased use of multimodal modes of transportation through the planning and development of bicycle, pedestrian, and transit facilities, developed TDOT’s Multimodal Access Policy, and manages the TDOT Multimodal Access Grant Program and TDOT's Pedestrian Road Safety Initiative. Ms. Wilson received a B.S. in History from Tennessee Technological University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Tennessee State University.
