Nate Graham is a strategic marketing and communications professional with hands-on experience guiding marketing and outreach efforts for bikeshare systems. He has helped communities prepare for the dockless bikeshare era through research and market analysis, as well as in-depth research for policy papers on dockless bikesharing in North America. Prior to working at Toole, Nate served as the Regional Marketing Manager for Capital Bikeshare in the Washington, DC area. He developed and implemented multi-year communications and outreach strategies to diversify system membership, increase equitable access to the program, and promote Capital Bikeshare to residents and visitors alike. He brings a working knowledge of bikesharing's public perceptions, equity strategies, customer expectations, and brand positioning to bikeshare projects.
