Wesley Blount serves as a program manager for the Office of Human Environment at FHWA in Washington, D.C. In this capacity he manages various aspects of the livability program to provide policy, outreach, and analytical support to a variety of research tasks supporting, livability, planning, and environmental stewardship. He has managed the Safe Routes to School Program since 2012 and assist with ped/bike activities to promote healthy living and an active lifestyle. Wesley also oversees contracts for research and provide technical assistance for Accelerating Multimodal Infrastructure Delivery. Wesley received his Masters of Science in Transportation from Morgan State University in 1994.
