The League of American Bicyclists
Ken manages the Bicycle Friendly State program, provides technical assistance to advocates working on state and local legislation, and conducts research on a variety of topics, with an emphasis on how technology will affect the future of bicycling. He also works as part of the Active Transportation Leadership Institute to connect League programming with bicycle and pedestrian advocacy organizations throughout the United States. Ken joined the League in 2012 after graduating from William & Mary School of Law and he is a licensed attorney in the state of Virginia. He has a bachelor's degree from Pomona College in Claremont, CA.
