CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Conference cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following fees:

  • Before December 1, 2017 — 20% cancellation fee
  • December 1, 2017 – February 5, 2018 — 80% cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be given after February 5, 2018

* You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at anytime by notifying us in writing.
