Welcome to The Elie Wiesel Prize in Ethics Essay Contest 2019 Submission Site.

Thank you for your interest in the Elie Wiesel Prize in Ethics Essay Contest. By entering the contest, you will become part of a 30 year legacy of leading young thinkers and writers confronting the ethical dilemmas in their lives and the world. We are proud of you!

The contest is open to registered undergraduate full-time Juniors or Seniors at accredited four-year colleges or universities in the United States during the Fall 2018 Semester. The essay must be the original, unpublished work of one student. Only one essay per student per year may be submitted.

The submission deadline is December 14, 2018, by 5:00pm PST. No late entries will be accepted.

We advise you to please work with your faculty sponsor on your essay before it is submitted for online verification. Your Faculty Sponsor must verify your entry by December 14, 2018, so please plan accordingly. Once your Faculty Sponsor has verified your essay, it is final, and you may not replace or change your essay. Please work with your Faculty Sponsor on any necessary edits to your essay before you upload and submit online. Any essay without Faculty Sponsor verification will be disqualified.
