Registration Information

  1. Online: Register online.
  2. Phone: Call our toll-free number (800) 824-2714 or (541) 346-4231 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. A registration specialist will assist you.
  3. E-mail: E-mail the registration coordinator at ctrinfo@uoregon.edu.
  4. Fax or mail: Print the PDF registration form and send with payment to:

Workshop Fees

Register fifteen days before the seminar and receive a $45 discount*


One-day workshop $209 *$169
Two-day workshop $325 *$280
Additional 1 credit option $65
There is a 10% discount when registering for 3 or more workshops.

Workshop Registration Only

Professional Development: You may take any workshop in any order and do not have to complete the certificate program.

Academic Credit: Individual workshops may be taken for UO credit. Tuition is an additional $65 and additional coursework is required. (Academic credit is not required to complete the Certificate Program.)

Confirmations

If you register online, you should receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. If you register by phone, fax or mail and provide an e-mail address, you should receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not have an e-mail address, we will mail a hard copy confirmation letter with a map and directions to the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you decide not to take a course for which you registered, you must notify the Continuing Education registration office at least three business days before the course begins in order to credit your payment towards another course or to receive a refund. Should you fail to do so, you will be responsible for payment of the tuition and fees. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

Courses will run only with sufficient enrollment. The registration office will notify you two business days prior to the course if a course is canceled.
