FAQ's About Registration and CancellationHow do I register for workshop? There are four convenient ways to register: online, phone, fax, or mail. How much do they cost? The workshops range from $194 to $296 depending on length and whether or not material fees are included. Special discount rates are available for group registrations on non-credit workshops. UO credit is also available. How can I pay for the workshop? Payment or payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, purchase order or check. Your registration is pending until the check is received in the mail. If space is available, you may register on-site, but please call to confirm space is available prior to the workshop. Do you have any special rates or group discounts? We currently offer an earlybird discount. Check the course details for this deadline. Special rates may be available for groups of three or more employees from the same school for non-credit workshops. Workshops can fill very quickly so advance registration is recommended. Can I register and pay on-site? If a space is available, you can register and pay on-site. Please call the registration office to confirm. Are there additional fees for materials or books? Workshop material fees vary and are usually included in the workshop fee. However, some presenters bring books and other materials to sell on-site; these vary in price and are not included in the workshop fee. How do I cancel or drop a workshop? In order to receive a full refund, you must call the registration office at (800) 824-2714 or e-mail no less than three business days prior to the workshops. No shows will be responsible for payment and will not receive refunds. Can I send a replacement if I am not able to come? Yes, simply let the registration staff know who will be replacing you. Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, we accept purchase orders. Invoices are sent at the end of each month and payments are due ten days within receipt.
