Program Overview top

The Northwest Council for Computer Education is a professional organization of Pacific Northwest educators interested in supporting the use of computers in education. Annual NCCE Conference participants will join colleagues and exhibitors for a stimulating exchange of ideas, information, and technical expertise. Program strands include administration, business/mathematics, computer science, government/corporate programs, hardware technology, information access, multimedia, science, special education, written communications, and much more.


An Invitation to Exhibit top

Exhibits are an integral part of the NCCE 2010 program. Decision-making educators and school administrators will be seeking information on the latest hardware, software, technical publications, and related equipment for application in the academic environment. We cordially invite your company to exhibit at NCCE 2010—and establish your foothold in this rapidly expanding educational technology market.


Exhibitor Presentations top

A limited number of workshops and concurrent sessions will be available to exhibitors for presentations to NCCE 2010 attendees, highlighting current research and product activities. For information on submitting a workshop or session proposal, please click here. Please note that the final deadline for proposals is Friday, August 14, 2009.

Exhibit Hours top

The NCCE 2010 Exhibit will be held at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:

Wednesday, March 3 4:00 – 6:00 pm
Thursday, March 4 11:15am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 5 10:30am – 2:30 pm

Should NCCE 2010 Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, Exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.


Setup & Dismantle top

Display space will be available for set-up during the following days and times:

Tuesday, March 2, Noon–6 pm
Wednesday, March 3, 8 am–2 pm (exhibit opens at 4:00)

All exhibits must remain in place until 3:15 pm, Friday, March 5. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will commence on Friday, March 5.


Rental Charges & Space Reservations top

To reserve space, complete and mail the Application/Contract and a minimum 50% deposit of total space rental to:

A deposit of 50% of the total charge for space reserved and a completed Application/Contract form will be required by September 30, 2009 to hold space.


Exhibitor Privileges top

NCCE 2010 booth rental includes the following:
  • Company listing in the enhanced Web version of the NCCE 2010 Advance Program
  • Pipe railing, 8' high curtain backwall and 3' high curtain side dividers
  • 7" x 44" identification sign listing company name and booth number
  • General security guard service
  • Daily aisle maintenance
  • Descriptive listing in the NCCE 2010 Exhibit Guide portion of the Final Program
  • One complimentary, full conference registration for each contracted company
  • Early notification for hotel rooms and suite accommodations.

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, carpets, electrical supplies, individual booth cleaning, or any other special services ordered by the Exhibitor.


Exhibitor Manual top

The official show decorator is Champion Exposition Services., 1.800.723.1123, . Champion provides a complete Exhibitor Service Manual for contracted exhibitors. This manual provides the necessary order forms for furniture rental, signage, utility requirements, labor, shipping and material handling, as well as other pertinent materials required for successful exhibit participation.

Exhibitor Hotel & Personnel Registration top

A block of rooms will be set aside for exhibitors and attendees. Exhibitors will receive advance notice and housing forms in November. Additionally, exhibitor personnel registration will be available online in the Exhibitor Services Web Site. Badges will be available on-site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.


Cancellation Policy top

Cancellation of any portion of the Exhibit Contract by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of the NCCE 2010 Exhibit Management and, in all cases, is subject to the following refund policies:

Cancellation Date Refund
On or before September 30, 2009 80% refund of deposit on cancelled booth space
After September 30, 2009 but before or on January 29, 2010 20% refund of deposit on cancelled booth space
After January 29, 2010 No refund

Notification of cancellation by Exhibitor will only be considered official when submitted in writing to Exhibit Management and will be subject to the above policy based on date of receipt.
