The Exhibit Guide is part of the Final Program, and is a directory of exhibitors at the NCCE 2007 conference that is given to all attendees and serves as a way to maximize your visibility at NCCE. The Exhibit Guide is used as a reference tool during and long after the conference.
Instructions
- Please complete, sign, and send the application in the Call for Exhibitors by January 8, 2007 to:

- Mail camera-ready artwork and remit with appropriate payment to name and address above by January 15, 2007.
Rates, Dimensions and Format
Please note that all advertising costs are non-commissionable. The live ad area of a full-page advertisement is 10 ½" high by 7 ½" wide, a half-page advertisement is 4 ½" high by 7 ½" wide.

Artwork Submission Guidelines
Please refer to the guidelines below to make submission of your advertisement as smooth as possible:
- Advertising materials may be submitted digitally on zip disk, CD, or e-mail attachment in either PC or Mac format. Programs accepted are Page Maker, InDesign, Quark, FreeHand, and Illustrator. Please include all linked graphics and typefaces.
- Advertisements may also be sent as high resolution (300 dpi) PDF files. Please set your options to include all fonts and make sure no crop marks are seen. Additionally, please use Process Color (see below).
- A laserprint/photocopy must be submitted to be used as a proof.
- Any deviations from specifications may compromise the quality of the advertisement and result in increased costs. Please call Exhibit Management with any questions at 541.346.3537.

LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION top
At NCCE 2007, there will be a designated area where your company's literature can be made available to conference attendees. The Literature Distribution Booths are an integral part of the Exhibit, and are strategically located for maximum foot traffic. This service is an excellent option for companies that wish to benefit by participating in NCCE 2007, but find they cannot exhibit at this year's conference.
Rates
Payment of $150 to NCCE 2007 ensures that a constant supply of your materials will be available and displayed in an orderly manner.
Instructions
Instructions will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to the Conference. Please complete the information requested in the Call for Exhibitors and mail with payment to NCCE 2007, 1277 University of Oregon, Eugene, OR 97403-1277, by February 9, 2007.
