Advertising & Literature Distribution
ADVERTISING The Exhibit Guide is part of the Final Program, and is a directory of exhibitors at the NCCE 2006 conference that is given to all attendees and serves as a way to maximize your visibility at NCCE. The Exhibit Guide is used as a reference tool during and long after the conference. Instructions
Rates, Dimensions and Format Please note that all advertising costs are non-commissionable. The live ad area of a full-page advertisement is 10 ½" high by 7 ½" wide, a half-page advertisement is 4 ½" high by 7 ½" wide.
Artwork Submission Guidelines Artwork may be submitted in two forms: as film, or digitally. Please refer to the guidelines below to make submission of your advertisement as smooth as possible. Artwork submitted as film
LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION At NCCE 2006, there will be a designated area where your company's literature can be made available to conference attendees. The Literature Distribution Booths are an integral part of the Exhibit, and are strategically located for maximum foot traffic. This service is an excellent option for companies that wish to benefit by participating in NCCE 2006, but find they cannot exhibit at this year's conference. Rates Payment of $150 to NCCE 2006 ensures that a constant supply of your materials will be available and displayed in an orderly manner. Instructions Instructions will be mailed approximately 30 days prior to the Conference. Please complete the information requested in the Call for Exhibitors and mail with payment to NCCE 2006, 1277 University of Oregon, Eugene, OR 97403-1277, by January 6, 2006. |
