Tour cancellations must be made by May 28, 2010, to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued to tour participants unless:

• written cancellation is received prior to May 28, 2010, or
• the tour has been cancelled because of low enrollment.

Refunds are contingent on ticket resale and are not guaranteed. If a tour has been cancelled, your money will be refunded in full after the conference.
