Certificates of Participation and Attendance

ISTE will provide attendees with certificates to document their participation in the conference and attendance at workshops. Certificates of Participation for the general conference will be available at the ISTE 2010 Information Booth during registration hours. Certificates of Attendance will be available in each workshop and, in some cases, must be signed by the workshop presenter. Please check with your district or state to see if this is a requirement before coming to ISTE 2010.

Graduate Credit

Colorado
The University of Colorado Denver is offering graduate credits to Colorado teachers who participate in the conference. For full instructions go to: http://pd-credits.blogspot.com/. Contact Brent Wilson (brent.wilson@ucdenver.edu) with any special inquiries or concerns.

All other states
California State University San Marcos offers university credit for participation at ISTE 2010. Online registration is available at CSUSM Extended Learning. Contact Nicole Orsini at (760) 750-8707 or norsini@csusm.edu with any questions.

Continuing Education Credits

ISTE 2010 general session attendees must pick up an attendance form at the conference information booth onsite. Attendees should complete and sign the form to document their session hours. Workshop attendees will receive a signed attendance form at the end of each workshop they attend.

The CEU table below provides general State Department of Education information, and links to many state web pages; if you do not see your state listed, please contact your professional development advisor at the district or state level. For the following states, ISTE 2010-specific instructions for obtaining credits are given in the CEU table below: Colorado, Georgia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Massachusetts Educators who attend a professional conference may extend their learning by developing a school-based activity or curriculum, or by publishing written material as described on the web site:
