NAME BADGE & CONFERENCE MATERIALS
The Registration Area is located inside Hall A (upper level) of the Colorado Convention Center (CCC).
Pre-registered General Attendees pick up badges at the Advance Registration counters. Your name badge will be filed alphabetically by last name.
All pre-registered Main and Co-Presenters pick up badges at the Presenter Counters. Your name badge will be filed alphabetically by last name. Student Showcase participants should have already received specific directions directly from the Program Coordination office. Contact conf-program@iste.org with any questions.

We provide a robust, high-speed wireless network to all conference attendees for free. It will be accessible in all meeting rooms and public spaces at the CCC except the conference exhibit hall floor. Actual speed may be affected by network traffic in specific areas. Make the most of ISTE's rich content - at ISTE 2010 and year round. In this fast-paced, fun program, media guru and session host Mario Armstrong will guide you through your onsite experience, help you network with your peers, and share tips for engaging with your membership throughout the year. The first 2,000 attendees through the door will receive an ISTE aluminum water bottle, and all will be entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes including an iPad, netbook, iPod Touch, and Kindle.

- OPENING KEYNOTE: Jean-François Rischard
Sunday, June 27, 5:45–7 pm, Wells Fargo Theatre (simulcast throughout CCC)
For more than a decade, Paris-based economist and former World Bank Vice President Jean-François Rischard has been studying the ways in which the answers to the world's biggest problems can be found despite geo-political differences and short-term agenda. He believes, in part, that education is one of few global systems that inherently hold the key to large-scale change and solutions…students!
This keynote session includes the presentation of the ISTE Outstanding Young Educator award, the Public Policy Advocate of the Year award, and remarks by ISTE President Helen Padgett. Moderated Q&A session with Mario Armstrong in the Wells Fargo Theatre follows from 7:15–7:45 pm (during Opening Reception); This session will be simulcast to the conference lounge spaces, and will also be available and rebroadcast via the ISTEVision Network.
- HAPPY HOUR RECEPTION "Reaching New Heights"
7–8:30 pm, Throughout the CCC
Enjoy a fun social evening with friends and colleagues at the Colorado Convention Center. Look for the HP Digital Assist poster sessions, the Global Collaboration Posters, and Student Showcases to be active during this time. Shuttle transportation will be provided between the center and most conference hotels. Last shuttles depart the CCC at 8:45 pm.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
- DAILY CONFERENCE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Shuttle service is provided between most official conference hotels and the Colorado Convention Center CCC). Approximate transit time between locations is 10-15 minutes; please plan accordingly.
Schedules are detailed below, and fliers will be available onsite at the Transportation Desk (Lobby B) and the ISTE Info Booths. This schedule is subject to revision due to traffic conditions, so check the transportation staging area at the CCC and your hotel lobby for up-to-date frequency, dates, and other changes.

BYOL/OS CONCURRENT SESSIONS
BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop) and OS (Open Source) sessions require pre-registration. Visit the Onsite registration area in Hall A to check availability and register. Please note: waiting lists are no longer in effect once Onsite registration opens Saturday, June 26th. IMPORTANT: Seats not filled five minutes before scheduled session start time will be released to those waiting at the room doors on a first-come basis.

- Half-day workshops are $109 each
- Full-day workshops are $219 each
WORKSHOP LOCATIONS
All workshops are held at the Colorado Convention Center (CCC) or the adjacent Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Your onsite name badge sheet will have individual tickets for your workshop(s) and will also list the workshop locations. All full-day (6hr) Workshops will have a scheduled one-hour break for lunch on your own.

TOUR INFORMATION & SCHEDULE
All tours depart from and return to the CCC, Lobby B unless otherwise stated. Look for the tour guide staff, easily identified by signs that state the tour name. Tours that return after daily shuttle service has ended for the day will take attendees directly to their official conference hotels.
Please plan to arrive in the loading zone 15-30 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. Tour buses will depart promptly at the tour start time. NOTE: ISTE will not be responsible for providing alternate transportation for participants who miss their buses.
The Tour cancellation deadline was May 28, 2010.
Onsite tour registration will be limited and will be accommodated on a space-available basis. Visit the onsite registration area or call the registration office before June 18, 2010 to check current availability.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Conference and Workshop Registration cancellations will be accepted in writing through June 21, 2010. Full registration cancellations will be subject to a $99 service fee. Student/Retired Educator and One-Day registration cancellations will be subject to a $59 service fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge, but the replacement's registration fee will be subject to pricing based on her/his ISTE Membership status. NOTE: ISTE Memberships and membership-related fees are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing; send an e-mail to conf-reg@iste.org or fax to 1.541.346.3545.
Your Experience Guaranteed
Should your ISTE 2010 experience not live up to your expectations, you may submit your concerns to the registration office in writing. We'll review your request and propose an appropriate remedy. The following conditions apply:
- All requests will be acknowledged within five business days of ISTE's receipt of your request
- All remedies will be proposed within 15 business days of receipt of your request
- Only concerns regarding individual registrations will be considered
- Presenters, volunteers, and exhibit hall guests are not eligible
- ISTE membership fees are not refundable
- Your request must be received no later than July 15, 2010, to be considered.
- ADA PROVISIONS

- CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE, GRADUATE, & CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
ISTE will provide attendees with certificates to document their participation in the conference and attendance at workshops. Certificates of Participation for the general conference will be available at the ISTE Information Booth beginning Saturday, June 26. Certificates of Attendance will be available in each workshop and, in some cases, must be signed by the workshop presenter.
