Consent to Use Video/Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ISTE meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ISTE's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, websites, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. If you have questions about our policy, please inquire at ISTE Central.

Onsite Services

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the CCC Command Center. Dial 200 on any house or public phone. Provide a description of the patient's symptoms and location. The command center will dispatch first responders and emergency medical personnel. In addition, notify the ISTE Conference Services Headquarters at 302.228.8551.

Food Services Locations
Coffee, light snacks, breakfast, and lunch can be found throughout the Colorado Convention Center, beginning Saturday, June 26. Please look for permanent stands off of Lobby B near the transportation area, near ISTE Central and the Wells Fargo Theatre, the Blue Bear Café located just inside the main entrance to the convention center, near the poster presentations, and multiple portable stands placed throughout the facility for your convenience. During exhibit hall hours, food stands will be available throughout the hall.

Daily Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle service is provided between many official conference hotels and the Colorado Convention Center (CCC). Approximate transit time from most locations to the CCC will be 10–15 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

Schedules are detailed below, and fliers are available at the Transportation Desk, Lobby B, and the Info Booth. This schedule is subject to revision. Check the transportation staging area at the CCC and your hotel lobbies for up-to-date frequency, dates, and schedule changes. This schedule may also be affected by detours, rush hour, traffic conditions, and other events taking place in Denver, but every effort is being made to ensure that transportation service is timely, comfortable, and consistent.

Motorized scooter and wheelchair rentals are available by contacting ScootAround, Inc., toll free at 1.888.441.7575 or at info@scootaround.com. Advance reservations are requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability.

Tours
All tours depart from and return to the CCC, Lobby B unless otherwise stated. Look for the tour guide staff, easily identified by signs that state the tour name. Tours that return after daily shuttle service has ended for the day will take attendees directly to their official conference hotels.
