Exhibit Hours

The ISTE 2010 exhibit hall will be open June 28—June 30, 2010, at Denver's Colorado Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:

Should ISTE 2010 Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, Exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.

Setup & Dismantle

Display space will be available for set-up in the Colorado Convention Center the following days and times:

Friday, June 25, 1—5 pm
Saturday, June 26, 7:30 am—6:30 pm
Sunday, June 27, 7:30 am—6:30pm
Monday, June 28, 7:30—8:30 am (exhibit opens at 9:30am)

All exhibits shall remain in place until 2:30 pm on Wednesday, June 30. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will commence on Wednesday, June 30, at 2:30 pm.

Rental Charges & Space Reservations

Display space will be based on a cost of $3,250 per 10' x 10' booth. Act now and save $570 per 10' x 10' booth. Applications and deposits received prior to August 28, 2009 will be charged only $2,680 per 10' x 10' booth.

To reserve space, complete and mail the Application/Contract and a minimum of 50% deposit of total space rental or telephone immediately for tentative booth selection.

A deposit of 50% of the total charge for space reserved and a completed application form will be required to hold space after August 28, 2009.

Exhibitor Privileges

ISTE 2010 booth rentals include the following:

• Corporate listing in the enhanced Web version of the ISTE 2010 Advance Program
• Descriptive listing in the ISTE 2010 Final Program & Exhibit Guide and online interactive exhibit hall
• One complimentary, full conference registration for each contracted company
• Pipe railing, 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
• 7" x 44" identification sign listing company name and booth number
• General security guard service
• Daily aisle maintenance

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, or any other special service ordered by the exhibitor.

Official Decorator & Drayage Contractor

Champion Exposition Services, Inc., 139 Campanelli Drive, Middleboro, MA, 02346, phone 1.800.723.1123, fax 1.508.946.1019, is the official decorator and drayage contractor for the exhibit. They will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit hours, and dismantling. Cost information and forms for all additional services will be included in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitor Manual

All contracted exhibitors will have access to the Exhibitor Manual online. The Exhibitor Manual includes detailed and comprehensive information on exhibitor activities, important exhibit guidelines, shipping, utilities & special services, and other exhibit logistics.

Exhibitor Hotel & Personnel Registration

Blocks of rooms will be set aside for exhibitors at a variety of convention center area hotels. Information regarding locations will be available online November, 2009. Additionally, ISTE 2010 will forward information on exhibitor personnel registration to all exhibiting organizations. Online exhibitor personnel registration is now available on our Exhibitor Services Website. Badges will be available onsite at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
