Attendee Lunch Sponsorship ($3500)
Host the attendee lunch located in the exhibit hall on one or both days of the exhibit and ensure large-scale visibility - almost all conference attendees eat their lunch in the exhibit hall. Your logo will be featured on the lunch signage, and you'll have the opportunity to distribute approved giveaways.
Entitlements for Attendee Lunch Sponsorship are as follows:
- Preferred booth placement in the Sponsor Circle
- 1 complimentary 1/4 page ad in the Program Guide, distributed onsite to all conference participants
- Logo recognition on Lunch signage
- Opportunity to distribute giveaways printed with logo at Lunch
- Approved company literature included in registration materials
- 100-word company profile detailed on Sponsorship Web page with links to company Web site
- 100-word company profile printed in the sponsor section of the Program Guide
- 3 complimentary conference registrations, to be distributed at sponsor's discretion*
