Welcome Reception Sponsorship ($5000)
Be the company attendees will associate with their first social event at the conference—sponsor the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening and get your name out there the night before the exhibit hall opens. Your logo will be featured on the Welcome Reception signage, and you'll have the opportunity to distribute approved giveaways during the event. A total of three $5000 sponsorships are available, but more than one may be purchased in exchange for increased entitlements.
Entitlements for Welcome Reception Sponsorship are as follows:
- Preferred booth placement in the Sponsor Circle
- 1 complimentary 1/4 page ad in the Program Guide, distributed onsite to all conference participants
- Logo recognition on Welcome Reception signage
- Opportunity to distribute approved giveaway at Welcome Reception
- 150-word company profile detailed on Sponsorship Web page with links to company Web site
- 150-word company profile printed in the sponsor section of the Program Guide
- 3 complimentary conference registrations, to be distributed at sponsor's discretion*
*This is in addition to the 2 complimentary conference registrations already provided to all conference Exhibitors.
