The 2008 California Charter Schools Conference will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center in Sacramento, California, March 4–7, 2008. The exhibit will be open March 5–6, 2008. Exhibit hours are listed below.
Exhibit Hours top
Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:

Should the California Charter Schools Conference 2008 Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.
Exhibitor Privileges top
California Charter Schools Conference 2008 booth rentals include the following:
- 10' x 10' booth space
- 1 500 watt electrical outlet
- 1 draped 6-foot table
- 2 chairs
- Wastebasket
- Pipe railing, 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
- 7" x 44" identification sign listing company name and booth number
- General security guard service
- Daily aisle maintenance
- 75-word descriptive listing in conference Program Guide
- 75-word descriptive listing on Web site with a link to exhibiting company's Web site
- 2 complimentary full-conference registrations per booth rented
Additional Services top
The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, additional booth furnishings, tables, chairs, or any other special amenity or service ordered by the exhibitor. Such amenities and services may be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual, which will be available online at the Exhibitor Services Web Site in late December, 2007.

Payment & Booth Selection Policy top
Application for booth space must be made on the Application & Sponsor/Exhibitor Contract. Booth selection will be allowed once full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy top
Cancellation of any portion of the Exhibit Contract by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of the California Charter Schools Conference 2007 Exhibit Management and, in all cases, is subject to the following refund policies:

Notification of cancellation by exhibitor will only be considered official when submitted in writing to Exhibit Management and will be subject to the above policy based on date of receipt.
Installation, Opening, and Dismantling top
Display space will be available for set-up in the Sacramento Convention Center on Tuesday, March 4, 9 am–6 pm. The exhibit will officially open at 7 am on Wednesday, March 5, and all exhibits shall remain in place until 2:30 pm on Thursday, March 6. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will commence at 2:30 pm on Thursday, March 6.
Official Decorator and Drayage Contractor top
STL, Ltd., 1.916.447.5000, , is the official decorator and drayage contractor for the exhibit. They will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit hours, and dismantling. Cost information and forms for all services will be included in the Exhibitor Manual. For special requests not covered in the manual, exhibitors may contact STL at the above e-mail address or telephone number.
Exhibitor Manual top
The official show decorator is STL, Ltd., 1.916.447.5000, . STL provides a complete Exhibitor Service Manual for contracted exhibitors. This manual provides the necessary order forms for furniture rental, electrical supply, A/V requirements, labor and signage, as well as other pertinent materials required for successful exhibit participation. For your immediate access and convenience, the manual is available online at the California Charter Schools Conference Exhibitor Services Site.
Please note that the A/V order forms are not yet available. All contracted exhibitors will be notified when A/V order forms have been posted to the Web site.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration top
Exhibiting companies receive TWO complimentary full conference registrations PER BOOTH as part of their booth fee. Additional representatives must pay a registration fee of $75 for one day or $135 for a full-conference badge. The badges will be available onsite at Exhibitor Registration.
Individuals who may be associated with the exhibiting organization but who are not working in the booth must pay the regular conference registration fee and register through attendee registration.

Program Guide Advertising top
Exhibitors will be provided the opportunity to advertise in the conference Program Guide. Detailed information on advertising format, size, and cost will be sent to all companies that have contracted for space in early Fall.
